The specialty of Pasta di Monaco is the variety of cereals we use. Kamut-, Emma-, Quinoa, spelled flour or high-quality durum wheat semolina, all types of flour have an extremely high nutritional value and are edible for people with different intolerances. We source our flours from the oldest mill in Munich Hofbräumühle Jakob Blüm & the Biological Farm Billesberger in Moosinning by Munich.

Pasta di Monaco only has 100% paper packaging. Our packaging comes from the oldest cardboard factory in Munich Koch & Deml

We supply the Munich gastronomy with our pasta products and receive support for this from Munich’s first freight bike rental and logistics company did is driving 100% emission-free and traffic-jam-free through the city.
